Ogham alphabet The present day Ogham
alphabet is composed of 15 consonants and 5 vowels plus 5 more special
characters for foreign sounds. By present day I mean since about 500 AD. The base alphabet arranged in 4 groups of 5 B L F S N Blavatsky claims that this
is an expanded version of a 12 consonant and 5 vowel original which is how the
"Pictish" stones in Scotland are to be read, though she didn't offer
any readings. They certainly don't make any sense in the 15 consonant alphabet. |

Reading counterclockwise
from E at the East as before and using my phonetic alphabet rather than hers,
substituting S' for S and S for H E - Air - puffs and
breathings A - Water - purls and
flows O - Fire - snaps, crackles
and pops (couldn't resist) I - Earth - grinds and
hums U - Center And what defines the
individual consonant in the group of three is how it relates around the 12
pointed star, which you will note connects the consonants in the color order of
the rainbow. In China that 12 pointed star is called "Phoenix spreads its Wings". Purple to Blue to Green to
Yellow to Orange to Red and back to Purple |

Thus the sequence of Recursion where each consonant implies the next one B D Purple and the vowels go
clockwise and end at the center as on the Tetractys A Purple Each consonant is
associated with a vowel and each vowel has an internal and an external
consonant Which means an internal
and external expression of what the vowels meanings are. Same as the Zodiac. Ba is Self and the internal specific absence which is what the self is. Da is Mates and the external specific absence which is what mates and partners are. And so on for the rest of
them. Reciting these in the appropriate sequence, contemplating their meaning,
while in a state of timelessness is the same as reciting them all at once with
the meanings in an implied sequence and thus produces a parallel between the
Reciter and the Recursive nature of existence. |
