Ozma appears to be in the order of the Rainbow, same like Wizard.

Green
Concerns The folks from Oz. Green for Oz and green for compassion and
concern. Ozma is there to rescue the royal family of Ev. We see a cavalcade led
by a girl of the same age and size as Dorothy riding in a chariot drawn by a
lion and a tiger. Cowardice and Hunger that have become Bravery and Restraint.
Well, sort of.
(( About that chariot. I guess Neill
thought it would be cooler to show Ozma in a chariot of antique design, and it
does look good. But later on we find out it's going to hold Ozma, the queen of
Ev and six of her children. Quite a squish. The sketch below shows what was
called a chariot in Victorian and early post Victorian times. It was a light
four wheeled carriage with extra large wheels drawn by two horses. Ozma and the
queen could sit on the drivers bench and the six children could budge up in the
box.
The chariots were particularly good for rough and
rocky roads. They were mostly for touristing around in the boonies. Say
for example, in wild Wales or the Balkans where the way you can tell the
difference between the hillside and the road is that the road has more rocks in
it. Driver and a footman go up on the bench and you and your maid or valet sit
in the box. Course, if you're going to drive around Wales you probably want the
option with the permanent top.
Their motto, "Not ALWAYS raining!" ))
